Allan Fis

My passion for photography resides in its capacity to see and capture light in a way the naked eye is incapable of.  I enjoy working with people, they are my subjects regardless of whether we’re shooting fashion, portraits, music, or commercial campaigns.  When I need some alone time, I shoot personal projects and architecture.  

I believe in teamwork and the value every link of the chain adds to the shoot.  My photos have been featured in covers of Esquire, GQ, ELLE, Rolling Stone, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glow, Glamour, Women’s Health among others.

My client list includes PepsiCo, Avon, Saks Fifth Ave, Audemars Piguet, Mary Kay, Stan Home, Sony Music, Warner Music, Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis…

In 2000 I had the opportunity to collaborate with Art Partner in Paris after studying in Spèos.  We’re currently based in Mexico City with a world-class studio in a brand new corporate building.

I have 9 published books: Two volumes of Outloud Portrait ©AEditores; Living Mexico City ©teNeues; and Carlos Herrera- The Architecture of Lines, Light, and Luxury ©Rizzoli, among other, view the books section.

My individual style allows me to capture the essence of my subject’s soul. Thus creating astounding images that impact the viewers time and time again.
